An MSK (Musculoskeletal) Better Health Day is a community health initiative, primarily in the UK’s Hampshire and Isle of Wight NHS area, designed to rapidly clear NHS waiting lists for joint, muscle, and bone problems by bringing patients and various healthcare professionals (therapists, specialists) together in one place for same-day assessments, advice, and treatment planning, helping people with pain like back or foot issues get faster help.
