Measuring 2.3m x 7m, with north facing windows looking out on to a private courtyard, this space would accommodate 3 – 4 workstations, with ample space for filing and storage. There is also an option to reinstate an internal door to create 2 separate workspaces.

Situated in the centre of the building, The Riverside Centre is accessible from 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday with the option of late-night working on Thursdays until 8pm and full use of the communal staff kitchen.

The Riverside Centre also offers free parking for its tenants, a hosted reception and free public Wi-Fi for visitors. Our tenants also benefit from preferential rates on additional room hire.

The rental includes all utilities. Cleaning is not included; however tenants are welcome to borrow equipment and use our waste and recycling facilities.
