Parking At The Riverside Centre

Parking at The Riverside Centre is available free of charge for room bookings and venue hire customers, their delegates, guests and visitors, for the duration of your visit. We have a limited number of spaces available across the upper and lower car parks, these are available on a first come first served basis.

To qualify for free parking, all visitors must enter their vehicle registration on the tablet in reception when they arrive, including vehicles with a blue badge using the disabled bays, and motorcycles. QR codes are also displayed on the information signs in each each room.

A limited number of Pay & Display spaces are also available and are subject to availability. A QR code is available on the car park signs around the car park as well as a Pay & Display kiosk at the entrance to reception.

We use a third party ANPR Parking Management System; any vehicle not registered via the tablet will receive a fine of £60, which will be issued by Civil Enforcement. Details of how to appeal can be found on the back of the enforcement letter and should be directed to www.ce-service.co.uk. Unfortunately The Riverside Centre is unable to intervene.
