The NHS at The Riverside Centre
If you have an NHS physiotherapy appointment at The Riverside Centre, please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. There is no need to register at reception on arrival, simply pay for parking and take a seat; your physiotherapist will collect you at your appointment time.
If you can not make your appointment or need to make changes, please do not call The Riverside Centre, we do not have access to patient data. Instead, please call 01982 534 274 and leave a message.
Parking
Patients visiting from Monday 3rd November 2025 onwards will be subject to a new car parking tariff. A contactless Pay & Display meter is located at the entrance to the building. Cash payments are also possible at the reception desk. £1.50 per hour.

MSK days; why The Riverside Centre?
The first community MSK Better Health Day took place at the Riverside Centre on 18 October 2024 at which more than 1,000 people were invited to attend. On the day 254 people came along.
