Measuring 2.65m x 4.8m, with east facing windows looking out on to a private courtyard, this space can accommodate 3 workstations, with ample space for filing and storage.

The office is situated in the centre of the building with offices on either side, and has recently been refurbished and carpeted throughout. The Riverside Centre is accessible from 8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday with the option of late night working on Wednesday and Thursday until 8pm and full use of the communal staff kitchen.

The rental includes all utilities. Cleaning is not included, however tenants are welcome to borrow equipment and use our waste and recycling facilities.

The Riverside Centre also offers free parking for its tenants and their visitors, a hosted reception and free Wi-Fi for visitors. Our tenants also benefit from preferential rates on room hire.
